These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in the educational technologies courses offered by Teachers Work Smarter. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, participating in 1-on-1 Mentoring or using related materials, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Content and Limitations

1.1. Course Scope: The courses do not include subscriptions, licenses, or access to any AI tools mentioned or demonstrated.

1.2. Workplace Responsibility: Participants must be aware of their workplace rights, responsibilities, and policies regarding AI use.

1.3. No Liability: Teachers Work Smarter and any employees, shareholders, and executives, assume no liability for damages (physical, mental, financial, or ideological) resulting from the use of AI tools or technologies recommended in the course.

2. Course Material and Intellectual Property

2.1. All course materials, content, and related information are the intellectual property of Teachers Work Smarter Inc and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.

2.2. Access to the courses or your account is limited to the individual who created the account or purchased the right to use the material and may not be transferred.

2.3. Teachers Work Smarter Inc reserves the right to revoke access to accounts, content, or materials. Furthermore, Teachers Work Smarter Inc reserves the right to alter, change, or modify course offerings and website content on a periodic basis.

2.4. By purchasing access to a course, you are purchasing the right to access the course and not ownership of the material, ideas, or content within.
