Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee if cancelled within the first week. Cancellations beyond a week are subject to the following and dealt with on a situation to situation basis. The client must be available to begin or the cancellation guideline applies. 2nd week: 10% fee 3rd week: 15% fee 4th week: 25% fee 1+ Month: No refund and booking is considered complete.
